Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´to 75' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: We take cash, credit via square app, and venmo.
Q: What surface do you set up on?
A: We can set up on grass which is best, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry we can not set up on any rocks or gravel. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are fully insured. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility.
Please note: All individuals and/or companies that rent a bounce house are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up a bounce house until the liability waiver is signed by an adult.
Q: Are we responsible for damage to the jumper?
A Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) the Damage Waiver will not cover negligence and theft.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We require a non-refundable $25 deposit that will go toward the cost of the entire rental.
Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators for $35. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. And some require advance reservations with the Park/City and additional insurance.
Q: Do you charge by the hour for jumpers?
A: No. it will be a flat fee weather you rent for two hours or longer.
Q: Can I keep jumper overnight?
A: Yes, if the jumper is an in a secure area and an overnight fee of $25 will apply.
